About the book
Few know better than Helen Goh, just how meaningful the act of baking is.

As recipe developer with Ottolenghi for more than a decade, co-author of bestsellers Sweet and Comfort, a baking columnist for The Age/SMH, and a practising psychologist, Helen Goh has the experience and the passion to bring the idea of 'meaningful baking' to life.
In this, her first solo cookbook, Helen has gathered 100 favourite recipes to show us how baking is the ultimate vehicle to convey joy, connection and personal growth.

About the Author
Helen Goh was born in Malaysia and migrated with her family to Australia at the age of eleven.
After studying psychology, she combined psychotherapy practice with a cooking career,
becoming head pastry chef at a landmark Melbourne restaurant before moving to London,
and joining Ottolenghi. Co-author with Yotam of the best-selling baking book Sweet and family
food book Comfort, she has worked closely with him in recipe development for over 10 years,
drawing widely on Asian, Western and Middle Eastern influences in her cooking. Helen is a food
columnist whose recipes appear in the Sydney Morning Herald, Guardian and Observer.
